Responsibilities
- Source and nurture trust-based partnerships with key global institutional and VIP accounts
- Deepen existing customer relationships through ongoing contact and comprehension of their requirements
- Develop customer service workflows, establish management guidelines, and monitor key account progress
- Examine user habits to uncover latent needs, draft key account analysis reports, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions and product feedback
Requirements
- 3 to 10 years of professional background in sales and client services with an international financial foundation in investments, banking, or foreign exchange sales
- Proven sales experience involving customer origination and clear sales key performance indicators
- Familiarity with CRM software usage
- Ability to operate autonomously while collaborating with regional sales teams
- Experience attending and organizing events for customer acquisition
- Existing client network including institutional entities, high-net-worth individuals, proprietary trading firms, and commercial bank or broker private banking clients
- Strong communication, adaptability, and relationship maintenance capabilities under high pressure
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic
