Job Description
PointClickCare wants a Vice President to lead product delivery and growth for AI capabilities inside its Integrated Care and SNF Reimbursement portfolio. The post is remote and based in the USA. It is a full-time role.
Products in this area link the steps a resident moves through, from referral to treatment to payment. Examples include shared coordination networks between hospitals and facilities, secure messaging between customer groups, clinician EHR tools, admissions and managed-care processes for skilled nursing homes, and billing and reimbursement software. An outbound team connects key clients, sales and marketing colleagues, and the product roadmap, and the VP leads that team.
The VP makes sure validated offerings reach buyers and convert into paying users, reference accounts and revenue. That means designing the launch-to-scale strategy, setting uptake and income goals alongside sales and revenue-operations heads, and jointly deciding roadmap and funding with the core product organisation.
The VP also designs pricing, packaging and monetisation for new AI-enabled capabilities, such as usage-based fees, tiered access and enterprise contracts. The role includes forging senior relationships with skilled-nursing, payer, practitioner and acute-care clients, running beta and co-development efforts, and representing the company with customers, trade bodies and analysts.

- Set the commercial case for each product line and jointly own uptake and revenue targets
- Design pricing, packaging and monetisation for AI features in partnership with finance, pricing and revenue-ops staff

- Build senior-level ties with major skilled-nursing, payer, practitioner and acute-care accounts
- Oversee beta and co-development projects that create proof points
- Recruit, coach and expand the outbound team, including its leads
- Track adoption, engagement and commercial performance measures
- Lead market analysis, client research and thought leadership
- Work with legal, compliance and governance colleagues so AI capabilities are released responsibly
Requirements
- Twelve or more years in product roles spanning management, marketing or growth, with at least five years leading Director-level or senior teams
- Hands-on accountability for taking a multi-product line to market and driving results after launch

- Executive bearing and skill in winning over leaders across sales, enablement, success teams, revenue ops, solutions, pricing and services
- Experience hiring, developing and growing teams through reorganisation
- Makes data-informed calls that weigh numbers against qualitative signals
- Able to travel often to key customer locations and sector conferences, with occasional visits to company sites
Qualifications
- Experience in post-acute, senior living or payer-provider partnership models
- Prior launch of generative AI, large-language-model or autonomous-agent products
- Knowledge of data exchange standards, care handoffs and referral or approval processes
