Bosch is hiring a senior presales consultant for application managed services in Bengaluru. The role covers running end-to-end AMS for enterprise applications across SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics and other platforms, managing incidents and changes under ITIL practices, and driving automation, AI-assisted support and transition work. It is a full-time, on-site position asking for 8 to 15 years of IT experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end AMS services, including availability, performance and SLA adherence
- Drive incident reduction through root-cause analysis and preventive action
- Identify automation, AI-assisted resolution and self-healing opportunities
- Lead application transitions, knowledge transfer, runbooks and stabilization
Requirements
- 8 to 15 years of IT experience, preferably with significant AMS exposure
- Experience in one or more SAP areas, such as S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, PP or Basis
- Strong ITIL and ITSM knowledge covering incident, problem, change and SLA management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management with senior stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information technology or equivalent
- Experience in large enterprise, GSI or multi-vendor environments
- ITIL certification, ServiceNow automation and AIOps are advantageous
