In this customer-facing position, the professional will collaborate with senior staff and Forward-Deployed Engineers to build, deploy, and refine AI agents for Fortune 500 organizations. The role involves managing deployments across the entire lifecycle, shaping client product roadmaps through data analysis and conversation discovery tools, and executing prompt engineering alongside A/B testing.

Requirements
- At least two years of relevant professional experience in fields such as product management, consulting, implementations, customer or sales engineering, revenue analysis, investment banking, or founding a venture
- Demonstrated ability to operate with a hands-on style, curiosity, and a bias for action
- Comfort operating amid ambiguity and adapting quickly within a startup environment
- Willingness to travel
