Candidates must be comfortable managing technical discussions with both engineering teams and business executives while demonstrating strong self-directed learning capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage technical evaluation stages for deals ranging from one hundred thousand to over one million dollars in annual recurring revenue
- Perform thorough discovery sessions to align client workflows and technical stacks with platform capabilities
- Build and deliver practical proof-of-concept demonstrations using real prospect data and use cases
- Address technical inquiries and objections regarding data architecture, integration hurdles, and privacy compliance
- Communicate technical features as clear financial return-on-investment narratives to executive leadership
- Collaborate with product management to relay feature gaps and customer requirements
- Work alongside customer success to guarantee a smooth transition during implementation
- Coach junior sales engineers on technical demonstration practices and product positioning
- Produce competitive intelligence insights regarding competing tools and develop reusable demonstration resources
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of professional experience in software pre-sales roles such as sales engineering, technical account management, or sales consulting
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Spanish, with a trilingual preference including Portuguese

- Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts and learn independently across tools like Python, APIs, SQL, and hyperscaler integrations
- Proven background in successfully closing technical evaluations within competitive enterprise sales environments
- Adept at presenting technical information to both technical engineers and business decision-makers
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of direct working experience with experimentation platforms, customer data platforms, or product analytics
- Familiarity with event-based data architectures and tracking implementation methods
- Knowledge of business intelligence software like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI and their integration with analytics solutions
