ecosio, a company owned by Vertex, Inc. and specialising in electronic data interchange, Web EDI, and e-invoicing, is looking for a Solutions Engineer - EDI/e-invoicing (f/m/d) on a full-time, remote basis. This position is suited for individuals who enjoy mastering technical offerings, guiding clients through electronic invoicing concepts, and analyzing enterprise IT and ERP environments.
In this role, professionals will scope enterprise B2B projects, partner with account executives during tenders, consult the sales team on technical inquiries, and team up with product developers to build new ERP connectors. Selected candidates will also represent the organization as technical specialists during webinars.
Responsibilities
- Build a deep knowledge of company services and products
- Demonstrate and explain e-invoicing and EDI principles to clients
- Evaluate customer IT systems and ERP frameworks for SaaS integration
- Design and scope enterprise electronic invoicing and B2B projects
- Partner with account executives to answer technical questions during tenders
- Support the sales team by answering technical inquiries
- Work alongside the product group to build new ERP connectors
- Participate in webinars as a technical specialist
Requirements
- Deep technical knowledge of e-invoicing or EDI, along with relevant standards and protocols
- Strong knowledge of purchase-to-pay and order-to-cash enterprise processes tied to SAP S/4HANA and SAP ERP
- Native or C2 proficiency in German or Spanish
- Fluent English skills
- Strong listening and analytical capabilities
